Description Our privately owned luxurious four bedroom villa, has a heated pool and is situated just 2 miles south of the main Highway 192, where you will find many shops, bars and restaurants including the superstores Wal-Mart and Target. Eagle Pointe is a new community in peaceful surroundings, yet only 15 minutes from the Disney Theme Parks. This enables that you could leave the parks and rest at mid-day, then revisit later in the day for Firework displays etc. The villa has 4 bedrooms that includes two double rooms (1 with en-suite bath and separate shower facilities and a hair dryer) and two twin-bed bedrooms. The family bathroom includes further showering facilities. For larger families, we have incorporated in the furniture of the Living area a double sofa bed. The open plan dining areas have seating for 6 people at the table. The dining/breakfast kitchen area seats a further 4 people. Laundry facilities are situated in the utility room. These include washing, drying, ironing and airing equipment for your unlimited use. Having to put up with soiled clothing is a thing of the past whilst on holiday at our villa. Cable TV is supplied with various other equipment such as Video, DVD or Music System for your further enjoyment. For example there is one large TV in the living area and smaller TVs situated in 3 more bedrooms. The back elevations of the villa is south facing. This guarantees the sun all day in the bathing area of the villa. We have also provided extra privacy screening on the pool, which can be heated at your request at extra cost. Also, we have provided a Spa/Jacuzzi for your further enjoyment. The villa is fully air-conditioned in every room for your further comfort. All bed linen and towels are provided free. Telephones are situated in the living area and one bedroom. All local calls are free. The villa accommodates and sleeps a maximum of 10 people. A two-space car garage and drive is provided. This area accommodates all luggage etc. To cater for small children we have supplied at no extra cost a high chair and infants cot. Finally, for your money, valuable and passports etc. we have supplied a safe deposit. The pool and sundeck covers the same dimensions as the back of the villa, which is south facing. The entrance and exit is via an alarmed patio door shown on the plan to the covered porch. The bedroom window overlooking the pool is also alarmed (should you have children). The pool measures 24ft x 12ft (south) facing and totally screened against insects and have fibre optics multi-coloured night lighting. High quality pool furniture and loungers are provided for your further comfort plus a spa/jacuzzi. At the back of the villa nothing is built to spoil your view and the land leads to the 3-acre landscaped park that which incorporates walk, cycle ways and a children's play area. Great Room / Living: The fully carpeted lounge; contains two three-seater sofas, one of which converts to a Queen sized double bed. We have also provided a large cable TV, VCR video and DVD + music system. The area also incorporates coffee tables and lamps in matching furniture sparing no expense to achieve a look of luxury and comfort for your holiday. Finally, we have provided extra lighting and ventilation by the inclusion of a ceiling fan. The final appearance is colour co-ordinated and pleasing to the eye, yet very comfortable and relaxing for guests. The Master Bedroom: Truly, the master bedroom is impressive with its massive 'King' sized bed, which has enough room for the largest of individuals. At the sides are bedside cabinets with extra lighting and bedside clock. A large dressing table with integral mirror is situated on the opposite wall giving ample drawer/storage space and a TV socket is provided for the portable if you require this amenity. The en-suite facilities comprise of bath and large separate shower cubicle. Separate WC with external fan and separate male and female wash basins and towels. From this you walk in to a very large closet for your entire clothing and suitcases etc. This area also houses the free Safe Deposit box for your valuables etc. Finally, we have provided extra lighting and ventilation via a ceiling fan. Second Double Bedroom: Again, tastefully furnished with a large Queen-sized double bed. At the sides are bedside cabinets; a dressing table with integral mirror is situated on the opposite wall with a large plant. We have provided extra lighting via the bedside lamps and clock. Extra storage is provided via the built-in walk-in closet. The Family Bathroom: Situated between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Has a large bath with integrated shower unit, a toilet with extractor fan and washbasin with large mirror and power points for shaver/hairdryer etc. The pool is equipped with pool heating equipment which is normally only required during the winter months. However, if you require pool heating it would be advisable to arrange this facility at the time of booking. Once booked, pool heating must be paid for regardless of the prevailing weather conditions on arrival because heating is switched on prior to your arrival and the expense already incurred. A pump automatically turns itself on and provides filtration and chlorinating of the water for approximately 8 hours each day for the entire period of your holiday. The desired water temperature is set at 85 degrees Fahrenheit, which does not give a feeling of warmth like a Jacuzzi; it only effectively takes the chill off the water so you can enjoy your swimming in comfort. We have supplied a pool blanket, which should be used if the heater and water temperature is to be achieved effectively. The blanket must be placed over the water when nobody is swimming and especially at night time when the air temperatures in winter could reach 30 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. If the pool heater is inoperative due to a breakdown and a repair cannot be completed within 24 hours, our liability is limited to the amount of supplement paid for the pool heating not supplied. This is a condition of booking. Prices Prices range from £410 ($740) per week inclusive of taxes. Pool heating is £65 per week if required. A cleaning fee of £65 is charged for bookings of 6 nights or less. For clients who wish to have the villa cleaned every week of their stay we can arrange this with our Management Company at a cost of $65 inclusive of taxes. Initial deposit to secure booking is required at £100 per week. Balance is payable 10 weeks before departure. Discounts can be obtained for 3 weeks or more and late bookings. |
