Description Our villa is located in the exclusive Mediterranean styled and gated community of Tuscan Hills, one of Orlando's latest and most impressive communities. Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport, off Highway 27, 1 mile south of its junction with the US192 and only 15 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. A number of top PGA golf courses are also close by together with excellent fishing in the area's many lakes. Interstate 4 (I4) provides direct access to Tampa to the south and Orlando and the airports to the north. Tuscan Hills has a magnificent Mediterranean style club house which is open daily between 10.00am and 7.00pm for the exclusive use of guests staying in Tuscan Hills villas. The clubhouse is luxuriously furnished and very well appointed. There are over 20 full size golf courses within a 20 mile radius, and many are award winning and to PGA standard. There is a large and varied selection of quality restaurants, diners and bars enabling you to take a culinary tour of the world during your stay.
The villa is in the ideal location for you to
experience all that Orlando has to offer. The world famous
Walt Disney World can be reached in 15 minutes and the
Universal Studio complex is a
further 10 minutes away. Our beautiful executively furnished
3 bed 2 bath villa complete with its own pool and hot tub is
ideal for up to 6 people, however cots and highchairs are
available for a small additional fee.
The villa has the benefit of full air conditioning and central heating so regardless of the season you will always be comfortable indoors. Additional ceiling fans are also provided in the living area and master bedroom. The outside deck area which has both a south and a west facing aspect embraces a 26' by 13' pool and a hot tub. The pool depth ranges from 3' at one end graduating to 5' 6” at the deepest point. It is a wonderful way to relax after a hard day in the parks or on the golf course. The pool deck area is enclosed by a mesh cage, this has the advantage of keeping out the “wild life” but does not restrict you topping up your tan! Separate beach towels have been provided for your use on the pool deck area. Both the pool and hot tub can be heated at an additional cost, this is recommended between October and March. The pool and hot tub have underwater lighting should you fancy a dip after the sun has gone down. Living Room The living room with its open plan design and vaulted ceiling provides a light airy atmosphere which is the ideal environment to relax and unwind after a day at the parks, the golf course or even a hard day's retail therapy. Whether you relax on either of the 2 comfortable sofas or the reclining chair you can enjoy the cable TV with its multitude of channels on the widescreen television, watch a DVD or play on the Playstation 2, which are all provided for your entertainment. Patio doors open onto the covered lanai and pool deck. A telephone is provided with free local calls, long distance and international calls require phone cards which are available from supermarkets and chemists. The villa also has High Speed Secure Wireless Internet which includes free calls to UK land lines. Kitchen The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you will need during your stay including a full size cooker and oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal unit, large fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, blender and electric can opener. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are also provided. Dining Area The living area is complemented by a separate dining area. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 high bar chairs. The dining area also has its own patios doors that open out onto the pool deck. Master Bedroom The main master bedroom with its queen size bed and vaulted ceiling is furnished with twin nightstands and lamps and a large chest of drawers. A 14” cable TV has been provided together with a radio alarm clock and Telephone. There is plenty of storage space in the large walk-in closet which also houses a safe for any personal items you do not wish to carry with you during your stay. Master Bedroom En-Suite The en-suite bathroom has twin basins set in a vanity unit and a very large walk-in shower with tiled seat. A sliding door separates the WC from the rest of the en-suite facilities. A generous number of towels and a hairdryer are also provided. 2nd Master Bedroom The second bedroom is equipped as an additional master bedroom in that it has a queen size bed and twin nightstands and lamps. Like the main master bedroom it is equipped with a cable TV and a radio alarm clock. There is also a large walk in closet and chest of drawers providing excellent storage facilities. This bedroom is east facing letting you wake up with the early morning sun. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom has twin beds, a chest of drawers, a nightstand and lamp. It also has a large closet where you will find an assortment of books, jigsaws and a compendium of games. The bedroom like the other two is equipped with a cable TV and is also East facing. All bed linen and pillows are provided. 2nd Bathroom Located between bedrooms 2 and 3 the second bathroom provides a semi en-suite facility. This features a bath with integral shower above, a basin set in a vanity unit and WC. Adjacent to this bathroom you will find a storage cupboard with a generous supply of towels and a further hairdryer. Games Room with 7' Pool Table If you fancy shooting a bit of pool we have our own 7’ table. We can’t guarantee you will make a living playing pool but you can have fun practising. Laundry Area The laundry area is equipped with a large top loaded washing machine and large dryer. An iron and ironing board together with a vacuum cleaner are also provided. Smoking For the comfort of our guests, no smoking is allowed in the villa. Rental Rates Value season (Jan, Feb, March, Nov, Dec) - £425 per week Mid season (April, May, June, Sept, Oct) - £450 per week High season (July, August, Easter - April 7 - April 22) - £500 per week Christmas/New Year (December 19 - January 8) - £550 per week All prices include electricity, air conditioning and cable tv.
