Description Turn your dreams into reality in our luxury holiday villa just a short distance from the Orlando theme parks. This is our luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in Kissimmee, Florida. Conveniently situated just a short ten minute drive away from Disney World and all the other major theme parks that proliferate the Orlando area of Florida. What's more, we are less than a mile from the exciting Highway 192 where you'll find all the shopping and restaurants you will need on your dream holiday in the 'Sunshine State' of America. The villa accommodation comprises a very spacious and light lounge/diner stretching from the front of the property to the rear where it overlooks the swimming pool area. The lounge has two, large settees, coffee tables and a cable television with DVD Player. It has a window looking out on to the swimming pool and decking area. To the right of the lounge is the breakfast nook with another table and chairs for four people and access to the kitchen. Patio doors lead from this area to the swimming pool and decking area. The dining area has a table and chairs which will comfortably seat six people. The kitchen has all the modern amenities: Electric cooker; Dishwasher; Fridge/Freezer with ice maker; Coffee Maker; Toaster; Microwave Oven; Juice Extractor and Waste Disposal System. In the cupboards are all the utensils and crockery you will need plus linen etc. Through the archway is the access to the bathrooms, bedrooms and garage. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a dressing table and bedside cabinets and a large closet. There is also a cable television. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to the pool decking area. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is very spacious and luxurious with twin vanity units, full bath tub, walk-in shower and toilet. The master bathroom also contains a large walk-in closet containing all your linen requirements. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed. It has a dressing table and bedside tables with cable television and a large walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with one single on top and a double below and it also has a single bed. It has a dressing table and a bedside table with cable television and a large walk-in closet. There is also a family bathroom which is shared by these two bedrooms. It has a vanity unit, toilet and a bath/shower. The double garage is accessed through a door from the hallway beside the second and third bedrooms. It contains the utility furniture consisting of a full size washing machine, a full dryer, an ironing board and iron and the water heating system.
Outside, there is a large fully screened and heatable swimming pool with all the patio furniture you will need.
The outdoor lighting ensures you can use the pool area in the evening.
