Description Florida Hills Vacation villa is an outstanding spacious and comfortable family pool home, ideally situated to enjoy all the attractions. A lovely place for all to stay and relax after a day of sightseeing and fun. A real " Home from Home", a "Vacation Dream Home."Our beautiful family owned 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Orlando Florida Villa at Indian Point benefits from having quality furnishings, 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, pool, separate kiddies pool, hot tub, games area, wireless internet access and numerous other extras. It is superbly equipped for the occupancy of up to 10 people. Free national and international phone calls.Indian Point Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida is just 10 minutes away from the magic of Disney World Orlando and only a 2 minute drive from numerous shops and restaurants on the Highway 192. You will also find many other attractions on the Highway 192 such as Themed Restaurants and Mini Golf. Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World are all within a 25 minute drive.Scooby Doo's Games Area includes a Pool Table, Foosball table (Table Football), Air Hockey Table and an Electronic Darts Board. We also provide 3 sets of Golf Clubs and Tennis Racquets for our guests use. The Pool Area is fenced giving you privacy to enjoy the 26' by 13' Heated Swimming Pool, Spa / Hot Tub and for our younger guests their own Children's Pool. The main pool is 3ft to 5ft deep and the children's pool is 18 inches deep. The villa has a covered lanai giving you shade to enjoy an “Al-Fresco” meal around the patio table. An Electric BBQ Grill is provided. The Large Deck area with padded Chairs, Reclining Chairs, Loungers and Stools provides ample space to enjoy the Florida Sunshine. The Luxurious Lounge is carpeted and lavishly furnished with large entertainment cabinet and 3 new Comfortable Settees to enable you to sit back and relax . In the Cabinet we have Digital Cable Television (200+ channels including Fox Sports channel which shows Premiership Soccer games), VCR / DVD player, Hi-Fi system and a selection of videos and DVD's suitable for all ages. We have also provided a selection of books and board games for all the family. The Elegant Dining Area has a large mirrored wall which enhances the glass topped wrought iron table and padded wrought iron chairs. This makes a perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The Large Kitchen with a new oblong table and 6 chairs has a tiled floor and is fully equipped to a high standard. This includes new dishwasher, gas cooker / range, large fridge / freezer with ice-maker, microwave, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, wine glasses, toaster, coffee maker & juicer. Plastic ware is provided for use around the pool. The large washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the garage. The 1st Master Bedroom has a KING-size bed, ceiling fan, digital cable TV, telephone, chest of drawers with mirror over and a Laptop table and Chair for those wishing to use the high speed wireless Internet. The large 1st Master en-suite has toilet, double vanity unit, large shower cubicle, twin corner bath and walk-in closet. The 2nd Master Bedroom has a QUEEN-sized bed, ceiling fan, cable TV / DVD Combo, telephone, a chest of drawers with mirror over and large walk-in closet. The 2nd Master en-suite has toilet, vanity unit and large walk-in shower cubicle. Bedroom 3 - 'Scooby Doo's Den' has been thoughtfully decorated and equipped for the young at heart. The room has a double bed with a single bunk above, cable Television / VCR combo, PS2 Games console, games and toys. The room also has a tower fan, chest of drawers, large walk-in closet and a single fold away bed. Bedroom 4 has a lighthouse and beach theme with twin beds, cable television, VCR, ceiling fan, lights above the beds, chest of drawers and a large walk-in closet. Bathroom 3 has a bath with shower over, vanity unit and toilet. For our young guest we have provided a cot (crib) / Playpen with bedding, High Chair, Stroller, plastic plates, bowls and baby cutlery. Best of all the young members can enjoy the separate heated kiddies pool which is approximately 18 inches deep. We now have a manual wheel chair for hire at the villa for those people who have occasional mobility problems. Have the convenience of having a wheelchair with you when you arrive at the Parks saving you the walk to and from the rental office. Villa Features:

Unlike many other owners we have a fully inclusive rate, which means you know exactly how much you are going to pay at a glance. There are no hidden Extras to pay for. Our rates include Tax, Pool heating, hot tub heating and many additional amenities. We visit our home regularly and employ an excellent Management Team to help maintain a high standard at the villa.
Optional Extra - for those people who have occasional mobility problems we now have a manual wheel chair for hire.
