Our two storey property consists of a living room, family room, games room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is an impressive 3431 square feet of living space. Five spacious double bedrooms (plus sofa bed), sleeping up to 12 adults.

The accommodation boasts a number of added extras to keep all members of the family entertained. We have a variety of books, toys, games, DVDs, PlayStations and a pool table. You simply couldn't get bored!

Our luxurious villa is based on one of the newest most prestigious areas of Orlando, 10 minutes from Walt Disney World (just off Highway 27) and very close to all other attractions. The villa has been decorated and furnished to the highest possible standards and represents excellent value for money. The property's location has been specially selected by our family for the convenience of yours!

We have listed below some of the villa's key features:

• A substantial master suite with king-size bed and en suite bath/shower.
• Two further spacious double bedrooms (one located on the ground floor and two on the first floor) with king-size beds and en suite bath/shower.
• Two twin bedrooms, sharing a bathroom.
• An enormous games room with pool table, DVD player, television, PlayStation, books, toys and board games. In addition we have a large library of DVDs, plus a variety of PlayStation games for children of all ages.
• A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board (all linen and towels provided).
• The living room has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard with several comfortable sofas, chairs and tables. This room contains an impressive home cinema system with 55-inch television and Hi-Fi/CD player. We have included a selection of CDs for your entertainment.
• The impressive, modern kitchen/breakfast area has all up-to-date appliances including microwave, cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and icemaker. This room overlooks the pool.
• Our villa also has an elegant family room with sofas and formal dining area, for those of you wishing to grab some quieter moments. This room can also be used as a sixth bedroom (if required) as it contains a sofa bed, which will sleep 2 adults.
• A 28 foot swimming pool, coloured underwater lighting, extended deck area and lots of inflatables for outdoor family fun. The outside area also contains a separate toilet and a 3 foot high pool screen (for toddler safety).
• A pool spa designed for the ultimate holiday relaxation.
• All poolside furniture is provided including table, chairs, sun loungers.
• A BBQ is available to hire for an additional $35/week.
• All bedrooms have wardrobes/closets, hairdryers, televisions, TVs and alarm clocks.
• The villa is air conditioned throughout.
• A free baby/toddler package has been included, as follows:

• High Chair Single stroller.
• Stair gates (both top and bottom).
• Cot (assembled and located in the master suite dressing room)

Rental Rates

10th January 2009 to 19th December 2009 - £700 per week

20th December 2009 to 4th January 2010 - £800 per week.

Pool heating costs an extra £75 per week, spa heating costs an extra £55 per week, or £120 to heat both. Heating is recommended for visitors between October and May.
