Our executive vacation home is situated on the prestigious Hampton Lakes estate in Davenport off Highway 27, within 15 minutes of Disney theme parks.

It is set in a peaceful location on the edge of the estate, not overlooked to the rear where the pool is situated. It is ideally located for easy access to all of the attractions.

The property, which is fully air-conditioned, is furnished to a high standard. It has 5 bedrooms (2 en-suite), private swimming pool and games room.

The spacious lounge area has a TV with upgraded cable package (live UK sport and news), DVD player, PS2 games console and cd/radio player. There is also a sofa bed which sleeps a further 2 people. This leads onto a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, full-sized oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a family dining area. The utility room includes a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron.

On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, cable TV and large walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a large corner bath, walk-in shower and toilet. The second downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed, cable TV, computer table with free internet access point.

Upstairs, there is a 2nd master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, queen-sized bed, fitted wardrobes and cable TV. There are a further 2 bedrooms with twin beds and a family bathroom. In total, the property has sleeping accommodation for 10 persons plus 2 on the sofa bed.

The fully-screened private pool has sun loungers, umbrella, table, chairs and a child safety screen. The games area includes a full sized pool table, full sized table tennis table and electronic darts board. A large barbecue is provided for your use.

There is an extra charge of $120 for bookings of less than 5 days to cover cleaning costs.
