Description Welcome to Buckingham PalaceOur villa which is situated on the residential estate of Indian Ridge is air conditioned and fully equipped for all your needs. Although in the country, it is only about 10 to 15 minutes drive from the main entrance to Walt Disney World. The villa has it's own private screened swimming pool which is south facing. The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table, electronic darts game, and other board games. If you decide to rent our villa, we want you to feel that it is your home during your stay. The villa has proved extremely popular and we would recommend an early enquiry to avoid disappointment. With 3 separate bedrooms the property can sleep 8 people comfortably, an equipped games room and a private swimming pool complete a wonderful holidaying experience. Lounge / Dining Room The Lounge at the front of the villa is very spacious with two sofas, one of which if required converts into a queen size bed. In this room there is a television and a hi-fi system for your audio entertainment.There is also a Dining Table and Chairs which looks out through a window onto the swimming pool. Family Room The family room at the back of the villa is very comfortable with a large corner settee, cable TV and DVD Player with a selection of DVD's. This room is joined to the kitchen where there is access through patio doors to the pool area. The Pool The screened swimming pool is about 3 feet at the shallow end and about 6 feet at its deepest, and has a safety hand rail. The screen allows the sun through but keeps the insects out, it is South facing which is ideal if you want to laze by the pool, for your Florida sun tan. In cooler seasons optional pool heating may be required. The pool deck area is partially shaded and is furnished with sun loungers, chairs and patio table. Situated on the lawn just outside the pool area is a Patio with a gas B.B.Q. Games Room / Utility Room The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table, electronic darts, building blocks and games for smaller children, it is fully air conditioned.The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Master bedroom with en-suite The master bedroom has an American King size bed, a bedside telephone and cable tv installed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a large walk in wardrobe, two hand basins a toilet and large shower cubicle. Second bedroom The second bedroom has two single beds and has a large wardrobe and one bedside cabinet.This bedroom is very cosy and is situated next to the second bathroom. Third bedroom The third bedroom has a Queen size bed, television, a large wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Kitchen The kitchen diner is fully equipped with a large fridge / freezer, cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and teapot, crockery and glass wear to meet all your needs. The table seats four people with comfortable soft chairs. Bathroom The second bathroom is fitted with a bath/shower, wash basin and cabinets. it is situated between bedrooms 2 and 3. Prices All year for 2009 / 2010 - £395 per week. Extra nights £57 per night. All prices include taxes |
