Description Our home is decorated to a high standard. It has a 2-car garage that also houses a washing machine and dryer as well as a kettle BBQ. It is fully air conditioned as well as having ceiling fans fitted, with a private heated screened swimming pool, which catches the sun all day. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms plus a queen-size sofa bed in the lounge. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, telephone, 75-channel cable TV, bedside lamps and radio alarm clock. This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower and a walk in closet and hair dryer. Here you will also find our own 2007 laptop which is hooked up to high speed internet and is free for you to use. Our teenage daughter spends more time on messenger, my space, facebook etc talking to her friends in the UK than she does watching tv. We find it ideal for checking out park times, directions etc and for keeping up to date with the latest sports news, as well as e-mail etc. The family bathroom has both tub and shower facilities with a further hair dryer. The further two bedrooms both have two single beds each, along with radio alarm clocks, ceiling fans, bed side lamps, mirrors and ample closet space. Both bedrooms have 75 channel cable TV; one has a cd/radio, the other a DVD player. All bedrooms and bathrooms have night lights supplied. All bed linen and towels are supplied, as well as an iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The lounge has 100-channel 37 inch LCD HDTV cable TV, a VCR, DVD, Hi Fi system, a two seater love seat. A three seater sofa that converts to a queen size bed, coffee tables with table lamps, bar stools for the breakfast bar, ceiling fan and patio doors that lead to the pool. These doors are alarmed so that children cannot wander unsupervised into the pool area. There are also a selection of books and children’s and adults videos and DVD`s available. The dining room has a large dining table and seating for six. The kitchen has every thing that you could require including fridge-freezer with ice maker, cooker, microwave, toaster, waste disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, telephone and especially for us Brits, kettle and tea pot, plus of course all the utensils you will need. The private heated pool gets the sun most of the day, it has a large pool deck, all of which is fully screened, here you will find the patio furniture including loungers and pool furniture, as well as children’s patio furniture. For any of you with small children thinking about hiring our villa, well just for you we have provided at no extra cost a cot, high chair, baby monitor, portable little persons toilet and 3 buggies.
Rental Rates Low Season - £400 per week Christmas, Easter and New Year - £500 per week. All prices include taxes, services and a final clean. Pool heating is £75 per week and is recommended from October to March. A non refundable booking deposit of £100 per week is required. Outstanding balance is due 10 weeks before travel. Security deposit of £100 is required when your outstanding balance is due. This is refundable when our Management Company tells us that all is ok with the villa. |
