Our Villa is in The Abbey at West Haven  - a small gated community just south-west of Disney in the triangle of I4, Highway 192, and SR 27.   It a great location for easy access to all of Florida’s attractions: theme parks or day trips to the coast!!

West Haven Village has a Clubhouse with a communal pool, tennis courts, children’s play area and a beach volleyball court.

The Villa has its own south-facing pool with open views over orange groves – facing south is great in Florida’s cooler months, and there is a covered lanai with ceiling fan for shade and cool in the warmer ones.

Full Description

Family Room - enjoy the spacious great room with its vaulted ceilings, and 8' high patio doors to the lanai and pool area, facing south to the Orange Groves. For cable fans, there is a 27 inch cable TV with DVD, CD and VCR players; and also a library of books and games.

Bedrooms - there are 2 master bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, cable TVs, radio-alarm clocks, hair-dryers, and telephones.  The spacious master bedroom faces south with its own patio doors to the pool area. Its ensuite bathroom has a corner bath, a large walk-in shower, double vanity unit with illuminated mirror, and a large walk-in closet. There are also 2 twin bedrooms, sharing the third bathroom.

Family bathroom - is just opposite one of the doors to the pool area, so that no-one needs to drip through the main room for a shower !!

Dining - you can choose the larger dining area just off the great room for the family; or enjoy alfresco meals in the shade of the lanai or at night with outdoor lights as the sun sets.

Kitchen - there is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen for those staggered meals to cater for the early risers and the later risers. One of the joys of renting a villa is the freedom to do what you want when you want. Enjoy the full kitchen with all the equipment and facilities you might want - a typical large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, full over, hob, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, and even an electric can-opener. You can be a gourmet cook, or just call up the local Italian restaurant to deliver !!

Pool - the covered lanai in the pool area is completely private and not overlooked. The ceiling fan creates a gentle breeze even on the hottest days, and its sheltered nature allows you to escape any breezes in the cooler months.

Standard - £400 ($700) per week
May, June, Sep, Oct - £440 ($770) per week
July Aug, Christmas, Easter - £480 ($840) per week

A crib, high chair or safe is available for a small weekly fee from our friendly local management company.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Booking Deposit - 25% of total rental is required to confirm your booking.

The balance is due 2 months before start of the rental, plus a security deposit of $300/£200  (Note: These can be paid online via Paypal).
The security deposit is returned within 28 days of your departure, less any costs incurred through breakage, lost keys, or any excess cleaning requirements.

Cancellation: More than 2 months before the start of the rental, deposit only;
1-2 months before the start 50%, less than 1 month before start 100%.
