Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family pool home at Chatham Park

Our villa is set in Chatham Park, which is located just off Highway 192 which, for those who don't know, is packed with all kinds of shops, markets, discount stores, restaurants and bars. We are also only 10 minute drive away from Walt Disney World.

Chatham Park is a quiet, upmarket development and has the added bonus of its own on-site security which patrol the area on a regular basis. It also has a large community pool, tennis courts, childrens' play park, basketball courts and a lake.

As well as Disney World, we are also close to all the other major attractions, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, Kennedy Space Center and Miami, to name but a few.

We offer free pool heat, free local, national and international telephone calls and free use of a computer with high speed internet and wireless connection.

The air conditioned lounge / dining area is fully furnished with two large sofas. There are two small tables with lamps on, and also a ceiling fan. You will also find a television with digital cable, dvd player, and an audio system system which has a built in radio. There is also a wide selection of dvd's and cd's for you to enjoy.

We have some board games like monopoly, connect 4, and battleships, for those quiet family evenings, or we have an air hockey table, football table (foosball) and an electronic dart board (with safety darts), which can be found in the garage. We have also purchased a computer which is in the lounge and is broadband enabled, so if you want to check emails, or log on to msn or aol and talk to friends, then just go ahead, it is wireless enabled so if you do take your laptop then you can access the web from anywhere in the villa, also there is a cd burner complete with software, so when you come home from the parks with a full memory card in your camera then just burn them to cd and your'e ready for the next day (you will have to buy blank cd's or take some with you). We also have a printer, it's not photo quality but you can can print emails and documents if you need to.

The dining area has a large dining table that will comfortably seat six people. There is a cordless telephone with instructions - all local and international calls are free !!!. There is also a large selection of reading material in the book case if you fancy a quiet afternoon by the pool. The patio doors lead out to the pool area and are alarmed so that the kids can't sneak out for a swim without you knowing.

In the pool area you will find a table and chairs, two sun loungers and two smaller tables for your drinks while sunbathing. The pool should be a comfortable 82 - 85 degrees, just right to cool you off after a hard day at one of the many theme parks Florida has to offer. There is a pool heater (WHICH IS NOW FREE !!) and a pool cover for those chilly evenings.  A BBQ is available if you fancy a bit of alfresco dining.  The pool area is completely covered in by a screened enclosure so no little bugs will be eating your BBQ with you.

The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom has a queen size bed, and a bedside tables on either side with lamps on as well as a large dressing table and mirror. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning to keep you cool during the night, there is a large walk in wardrobe which contains a cot. The master bedroom en-suite bathroom consists of a vanity unit with large mirror and round light bulbs along the top of the mirror. There is a large round Roman Tub with shower above and a toilet. You will also find a hairdryer, straightners and tongs in the vanity unit.

There are towels and bedding in the bathrooms for use in the villa, and there are spare towels in the closet outside the second bathroom.

Bedroom 2 is also air conditioned and has a queen size bed, with bedside cabinets on either side which both have lamps on. It has a large chest of draws complete with mirror and a walk in wardrobe. There is also a stereo/radio system in the room.

Bedroom 3 is air conditioned and has a full size bunk bed (a double on the bottom and a single on top) and a single bed, You will also find a chest of drawers and a walk in wardrobe. It shares the second bathroom with bedroom 2 which also has a hairdryer, srtaightners and tongs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and all the cutlery and utensils you will need should you decide to cook for yourself during your stay. We have also added a breakfast table which seats 4.

For the Children, we have a cot with bedding, a high chair, a push chair and a car seat, which is rear or front facing and is capable of carrying up to 40kg (front facing).

All the children's equipment is for use either in the villa or by our guests only.

The Garage - as well as the above rooms, there is also a large garage which houses a full size washing machine, tumble dryer iron and ironing board.

Prices (include free pool heat)

All year round - £495 ($725) per week.

Easter, Christmas, New Year - £550 ($800) per week.

Note - there will be a returnable security deposit of £150 ($200 US) required upon payment of the balance. This will be reimbursed within two weeks of your return.

Unfortunately, due to exceptionally high levels of demand, we can only accept bookings of 2 weeks or more during Christmas and Easter.

We DO give discount for bookings of more than two weeks.
