Our privately owned villa is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious accommodation with 2000 square feet of living space for up to 10 people and an infant and is furnished to the highest standards. We are conveniently located off Highway 27, on the delightful Glenbrook Resort development. Disney world is a TRUE 10 minutes away, with many prestigious championship golf courses nearby. Interstate 4 is 10 Minutes drive to the South, ideal for Sea World, Universal Studios and many other major attractions, not forgetting the beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast only 90 minutes away.

From the minute you set foot inside our villa you will know you have made the perfect choice for your Orlando vacation. You will see that no expense has been spared with the furnishings and decor and that it has been maintained to the highest standards. With it's high vaulted ceilings giving a real bright and airy feeling. The villa is air conditioned throughout and there are also ceiling fans. The villa also has piped music throughout and on the pool deck should you wish to use it.

Kitchen

One of the most important things when staying in self catering accommodation is the kitchen, you can rest assured that this villa's kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for, including all modern appliances including Fridge, Freezer, Ice maker, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Blender, Waste Disposal, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher and much more along with all pots, pans and plates. Even if you don't intend on cooking much it is still ideal for when you order take out food from the many nearby restaurants or bring it home with you after a fun day out.

Dining Room

The Dining area is conveniently located next to the Kitchen and is ideal for formal meals or quick snacks and take outs. There is also a breakfast bar at the kitchen counter should you wish to use that instead of setting out the table. There is also a breakfast nook off the Lounge

Lounge

The lounge offers an area where you can just relax and have some quiet time if you wish. There are two sofas in this room one of which converts to a bed should you need it. It is a bright and airy room and the ideal place to perhaps read a book whilst enjoying a glass of wine. There is also a Breakfast nook with small dining table too.

Family Room

The large, comfortable Family room is tastefully decorated with it's high vaulted cathedral ceilings and ceiling fan it is the perfect place to unwind and reflect over the days events. There is a cable TV, DVD, CD player, Xbox with games and a PC desk with Wi-Fi high speed internet connection, just bring along your laptop. There are doors that lead out to the pool deck.

High Speed Wi-Fi

In the family room you are free to use our Wi-fi connection, just bring your laptop. Ideal for those that need to be contacted or need to work whilst on vacation.

Master Bedroom 1

The first of two Master En-suite Bedrooms is furnished to a high standard and is bright and comfortable. The bedroom has ceiling fan, nightstands, Cable TV, Alarm/Clock/Radio and walk-in wardrobes. This bedroom has access to the pool deck. There is also a safe in the walk in wardrobe. This En-suite bathroom has twin wash basins, bath tub, walk-in shower and wc. It also has access from the pool deck. All towels are provided.

Master Bedroom 2

As with Master bedroom 1 it is furnished to a high standard and has a ceiling fan, nightstands, Clock/Radio/Alarm, Cable TV and walk-in wardrobes. This En-suite has wash basins, bath tub, walk-in shower and wc. All towels are provided.

Twin Bedroom 3

Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom with nightstand, Cable TV, Alarm/Clock/Radio and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4.

Twin Bedroom 4

Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom with nightstand, Cable TV, Alarm/Clock/Radio and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 4 shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3

Pool Deck and Spa

The welcoming Pool and Spa make an ideal place to cool down on returning to the villa after a hot day out. Kids just love it and are quite happy to play in the pool all day long. The pool has underwater lighting for those evening swims. Relax and soak away any aches or pains in the invigorating spa. This can be heated in the cooler months along with the pool. It is the ideal place to sit and contemplate your next days activities or reflect on days gone by. Perhaps, you may wish to read a chapter or two of that latest best seller.

Games Room

For those with plenty of energy to spare there is a games room equipped with all the family favourites. There is a Pool Table, Table Tennis, Air Hockey and Electronic Dart Board. Should keep the kids and Dads occupied for hours!
