Accommodation
Our light, airy and immaculate home is fully furnished with everything you could need, from cable TVs, DVD and Playstation 2 to microwave, from washer/dryer to linen and towels. The cable package has 100 channels including BBC America, Fox and ESPN Sport for European soccer. There is high speed wireless internet connection for your laptop and the house has a burglar alarm to protect your belongings.
The house has 2 master en-suite bedrooms, so can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. There are 8 beds in the five bedrooms, so parties of up to eight golfers are able to sleep in separate beds.
There are eight beds in five bedrooms, a dining room and a family room continuous with the kitchen breakfast room. All rooms are fitted with cable TV. Outside is a generous south facing pool deck surrounding a large 30ft x 15 ft swimming pool and spa to relax in after a day at the parks. Part of the deck is roofed over to provide shade if you should need it. In the evening, enjoy a drink by the pool, watching the sun go down and the evening wildlife come out from the nearby lake. Or head off to one of the many great restaurants located nearby,..... or go back to Disney for the evening firework display!
The house has air conditioning /central heating, in over 2,300 square feet of living area. Therefore all the rooms are generous. The lounge has luxurious sofas and arm chairs and its own 32" TV, DVD, radio, and CD player. There is also a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games suitable for all ages available. There is a games room in the garage with foosball and air hockey tables. All the TVs in the house (6 in all) have cable including Fox and ESPN sport and are equipped with AV sockets at the front for easy connection to video games, etc. The large very well equipped kitchen area with its own table and chairs opens on to the family room. There is a separate area with a washing machine and tumble drier. The formal dining area has a large glass topped table that will easily seat 6 if you chose to eat inside instead of out doors at the patio table.
Downstairs, the en-suite master bedroom has a king bed and its bathroom has a shower and bath. The second bedroom has twin beds with its own bathroom with a shower suitable for someone with mobility problems (fitted handrails and an integral seat). Upstairs there is a second en-suite master bedroom with a queen bed, and bedrooms 4 and 5 both have twin beds and share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have their own cable TVs. The Mickey Mouse room has the Playstation 2 set up with a selection of games, although the Playstation can be used in any of the rooms. All the bathrooms have showers. Cots are available on request and bedding is provided in the house. There is 1 high chair and stroller available.
The pool area, as well as having the large pool also has a spa to ease those aching feet after those tiring days in the parks. Pool heating is available on request. The south facing aspect ensures you can enjoy the afternoon sun and top up that tan. The patio table seats 6 with sun-loungers available for those wishing to continue sunbathing. Families with young children need not worry about pool safety - there is a secure pool fence to prevent accidents.
