Our Florida Golf Vacation Villa is located on the golfing community of Highlands Reserve only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resorts. The villa is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with ample living and sleeping space for up to 8 people and it is fully air conditioned and heated throughout. The villa has a screened pool and deck area for your enjoyment. It features FREE broadband Internet access along with FREE calls to anywhere within the USA.

Our villa can be reached very easily from both Orlando International Airport and Sanford International Airport. Simply follow the exit sign for 417 South and stay on 417 South until it merges with I-4 West. Then take exit 55 (old 23) and that will bring you onto US27. Once on US27, Highlands Reserve is located approx 3 miles on the left hand side whilst going North on US27.

The driving times from both airports vary, however Orlando International Airport is the closer of the two with an approixmate 30 minute drive from door to door, whereas Sanford International Airport is approximately 60 minutes drive.

The villa is close to nearby shops and restaurants with the new 'Berry Town Center' offering all of these amenities including a Publix supermarket. Also located within a short drive is a Super Wal Mart offering 24 hour shopping.

Upon entering the villa you will see the formal living room which is furnished to a high standard as are all the rooms in our villa. The family room also features a digital HD-TV and CD player/radio. There is a separate dining area to the side of the formal living room allowing you to be that little bit more formal should the occasion arrive.

Kitchen/Breakfast Nook

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large Fridge/Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher. The kitchen also has a separate breakfast nook. The kitchen is open plan with ample cooking space. There is also a utility room next to the the kitchen area that has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer.  We also provide a free high chair should you have any infants in your party.

Family Room

The family room features Cable TV with access to over 70 channels, a DVD player and again is decorated to a high standard with a relaxing layout for your entire family enjoy.

Master Bedroom

TheMaster Bedroom is situated at the rear of the villa and overlooks the pool area. It features a Queen sized bed with a en-suite bathroom, Cable TV with access to over 70 channels. The other bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed with its own private bathroom and cable TV. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both feature twin beds and have access to a shared bathroom.

Swimming Pool

Enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset from our private pool. The pool also has heating, so no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool. One of the most appealing features of our villa is that there are no rear facing neighbours, so you can be assured of a quiet and relaxing dip in the pool at anytime of the day. We also have a hard wired pool door safety alarm as well as a pool fence and have new patio furniture
